We are so grateful to be offering our first event at The Green Room! A fun yet meaningful yoga practice for kids (and their caregivers, if they'd like to join in).

About the event
Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel (or both), and a water bottle for each participant.
Participants will Bounce, Balance, Breathe, Pose, Pounce, and Practice Peace. Â This class will be 45 minutes long, and will be focused on the 6 to 12 age group, but still appropriate for any ages. Â All participants, but especially adults, are encouraged to always listen to their bodies, as each body has its own strengths and abilities.
Freedom Youth Yoga, Inc is a 501(c)3 with the goal of bringing yoga to those who wouldn't typically have the opportunity, so please inquire about scholarships, if needed. Â All proceeds go toward funding future projects for kids and teens.
