About the event
This will be a virtual event, but we hope to later have some in-person classes at local Smyrna parks.
Preschoolers aged 2 - 5 have a great capacity for learning not only the physical poses of yoga, but also for the mental and emotional benefits that yoga brings. Â This 30-minute class will help get the wiggles out, but also teaches peace, compassion, self regulation, and mindfulness.
