Parents and Kids of the Nature Group are invited to join Freedom Youth Yoga for a 30/45 minute class on Wednesday, March 9th at 12:30 at Riverside Park.
Using dance, music, poses, and props geared towards kids, we will focus on breathing, being present, strength, balance, focus, cardio, relaxation, fun, stress reduction, peace, and nature.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel (or both) for each participant.
Cost is $4 per family.

All proceeds benefit our nonprofit, with the goal of bringing yoga to underserved youth who wouldn't typically have the opportunity.
