This equals 14 classes, with the cost of $200 for the semester. Last semester was 10 classes for $150.

*Yoga mats will be provided.  

*Limited to 12 participants only.

*Fourteen sessions at $200 = about $14 per class

*Vinings Academy staff will be on hand to assist.

*Freedom Youth Yoga is a registered nonprofit/charity with the goal of bringing yoga practice to kids and teens who wouldn't typically have the opportunity, so all proceeds go toward that mission.

Preschoolers have a great capacity for learning not only the physical poses of yoga, but also for the mental and emotional benefits that yoga brings.  This 45-minute class will help get the wiggles out, but also teaches peace, compassion, self regulation,  social skills, and mindfulness in an age-appropriate manner.

Through music, dance, books, and games, participants will learn breathing tools and poses that can help them regulate big emotions, make better choices, and sleep better.
