Preschooler Yoga

Service Description

Preschoolers will bounce, balance, breathe, pose, pounce, and practice peace in this brief class designed for growing little bodies and minds. Yoga can help preschoolers self-regulate, cope with stress, ease tantrums, fall asleep faster, achieve a higher quality of sleep, and learn tools for making better choices. Small yoga mats may be provided, upon request. This service may be offered at any preschool, homeschooling group, daycare, public playground, or personal home or office. For a preschool facility, each 15-minute class will be specifically crafted for the preschool class age group. We can run sessions back-to-back, providing mini yoga classes for each of the age groups that are serviced in the school or daycare.
