The Youth Yoga Army

One of the main setbacks to establishing yoga programs for kids and teens is the rarity of qualified, certified instructors who enjoy working with childfren.  The Youth Yoga Army will not only provide job and career training for those from underserved communities.  It will increase diversity in yoga, increase the number of yoga classes that can be offered, and increase the number of children who have access to yoga classes - all around the greater Atlanta area.  Best of all, kids and teens can have teachers with shared backgrounds and identities,...because representation matters.
