Late/Prorated Fall 2023 Preschooler Yoga at Vinings Academy - Certain Thursdays 2:00 to 2:45 pm

This is the PRO-RATED, late registration spot for those who are registering after the September 7, 2023 start date. 

Those who started on September 14th will pay $166.  If starting AFTER that date, please email me at director@freedomyouthyoga.org to make arrangements for the LAST available spot in the class, so I can create another registration page for your student.  Thanks so much!

Fall Semester Preschooler Yoga Club Dates 2023

Here are the dates for the Fall of 2023, on Thursdays, 2:00 to 2:45 pm:

September 7, 14, 21

October 5, 12, 19, 26

November 2, 9, 16, 30

December 7, 14

This equals 13 classes, with the cost of  $180 for the semester.

*Yoga mats will be provided.  

*Limited to 12 participants only.

*Vinings Academy staff will be on hand to assist.

*Freedom Youth Yoga is a registered nonprofit/charity with the goal of bringing yoga practice to kids and teens who wouldn't typically have the opportunity, so all proceeds go toward that mission.

Preschoolers have a great capacity for learning not only the physical poses of yoga, but also for the mental and emotional benefits that yoga brings.  This 45-minute class will help get the wiggles out, but also teaches stress reduction, compassion, self regulation,  social skills, and mindfulness in an age-appropriate manner.

Through music, dance, books, and games, participants will learn breathing tools and poses that can help them regulate big emotions, make better choices, and sleep better.
