We are so grateful to be offering our first event at The Green Room! A fun yet meaningful yoga practice for kids (and their caregivers, if they'd like to join in).

About the event
Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel (or both), and a water bottle for each participant.
Participants will Bounce, Balance, Breathe, Pose, Pounce, and Practice Peace. This class will be 45 minutes long, and will be focused on the 6 to 12 age group, but still appropriate for any ages. All participants, but especially adults, are encouraged to always listen to their bodies, as each body has its own strengths and abilities.
The theme of this class will be "Love is All There Is", since we all know that what we focus on grows!
Freedom Youth Yoga, Inc is a 501(c)3 with the goal of bringing yoga to those who wouldn't typically have the opportunity, so please inquire about scholarships, if needed. All proceeds go toward funding future projects for kids and teens.
