Smyrna parents and kids are invited to join Freedom Youth Yoga for a 30/45 minute class at theÂ
Using dance, music, poses, and props geared towards kids, we will focus on breathing, being present, strength, balance, focus, cardio, relaxation, fun, stress reduction, peace, and nature.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel (or both) for each participant.
Cost is $20 per family.
