Service Description

Start taking care of yourself and your family with a personalized yoga class that is crafted especially for your needs and goals for this present moment in life. This yoga practice is completely customized to the individuals. We can do a family, preschoolers, kids, tweens, teens, or adults practice that relates to the ages and abilities of each person. Meeting outdoors or in an open setting is preferred, but a home or office works just as well. Service area is limited to Smyrna area, or within five miles of Smyrna (Buckhead, Marietta, Mableton, Austell, Vinings, etc.)
